When someone asks about custom closets, the first question is usually about price. Fair enough. But before we talk numbers, it helps to understand what you're actually getting. Because a custom closet isn't a product you pull off a shelf. It's a process, and every step of that process costs something for a reason.

The design

Every project starts with a consultation. We come to your home, measure the space, and talk about how you use it. Then we design a layout from scratch. Not a template. Not a pre-configured kit. An actual custom design built around your specific room dimensions and your specific stuff.

The design phase is where most of the value is created. A great layout means everything has a home and your daily routine gets easier. A bad layout means you spent money on a closet that looks nice in photos but doesn't actually work for you.

The materials

We use 3/4" thermally fused laminate panels for all our closet systems. That's the same material quality you'd find in high-end cabinetry. It's durable, moisture-resistant, and holds up to daily use for decades. Every drawer gets soft-close slides. Every shelf is adjustable. The hardware matters because it's what you touch every single day.

ADD: Compare your materials to big-box alternatives. Wire shelving vs. laminate panels. Cheap drawer slides vs. soft-close. Be specific about why yours lasts longer without sounding like a sales pitch.

The build

Everything we install is built to fit. That means precise cuts for your exact room dimensions, not standard sizes that leave gaps. Our install crew handles the full build on site, typically in a single day for standard closets. They're careful with your home and they clean up when they're done.

The warranty

All of our closet systems come with a limited lifetime warranty. If something breaks or fails under normal use, we fix it. That warranty isn't a marketing gimmick. We stand behind what we build because we live in this community and our reputation is everything.

ADD: Specific warranty details. What's covered, what's not, how long. Keep it honest and straightforward.

So what does it cost?

It depends on the project. A reach-in closet is less than a full master walk-in. A simple layout is less than one with an island and specialty features. We give you a detailed quote after the design consultation so you know exactly what you're getting and exactly what it costs. No hidden fees, no surprises after the fact.

The best way to get a real answer is to have us come look at your space. The consultation is free and there's no obligation.
